Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) is a private, nonprofit, community action agency that has been providing services since 1966. OCO serves over 24,000 people each year through more than 40 different programs. OCO provides assistance for the homeless, educational services, health care for the whole family, independence for the disabled, meals for seniors, youth and children, safety for the abused, support for youth and transportation for all.
