MISSION STATEMENT
To provide, promote and fund unique programs for education, exercise, nutrition and and fitness for children, families, and special needs groups. The purpose is to support health, fitness and nutritional needs to help prevent and reverse obesity and its related diseases, improve the body's physical and physiological function, and biuld confidence through educational and fitness programs.
Working with a diverse group of professionals in the health and fitness fields, we facilitate programs that make a difference in the lives of adults, children and special needs groups. Our efforts support educational wellness and fitness programs, designed to promote healthy concepts for the whole family.
The activities of The Organization for Health & Fitness, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization is govered by board members and is accomplished by healthcare professionals, specially trained volunteers, and interns.
