Description

The Oregon Health Care Foundation for Quality Long Term Care is a 501c3 public charitable nonprofit organization registered in the State of Oregon. It enhances the lives of seniors, their families and caregivers through education, research, training, and community outreach. We provide scholarships for individuals studying aging, gerontology, and wanting a career or certification in long term care. We also have a signature program called: Forget-Me-Not Senior Wishes program that grants wishes to seniors.
