Description

The Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) is the first and only facility of its kind in Orange County to offer unique programs targeting children with disabilities and at-risk youth. Our Mission is to educate, empower and heal at-risk youth and children with disabilities from culturally diverse backgrounds of very limited resources by providing educational and therapeutic programs in a nurturing and supportive environment that empowers youth and promotes family wellness.
