Description

Pastors, Ministers and volunteers reach out and help curtail the loneliness of those confined in Nursing Homes and Convelsent Hospitals bringing companionship and fellowship. Not on a special day once a year, but on an ongoing basis. Volunteers will visit residents through individual visitations, weekly Bible studies, and a Christian church service once or twice each week.
This is an intergenerational ministry. There’s a lot that the Pastors and volunteers will learn from those who have experienced the mountains and valleys of living a long life in God’s truth. Human need is all around us. We don’t have to look far. It takes just a touch of kindness.
