We are a division of Options for Independence, one of this area’s oldest and most effective human services agencies, we are singularly focused on improving our communities, one person at a time. We assist individuals with barriers in training and becoming work ready, so that they can overcome the poverty that they and their families presently live in. We support them with educational programs, links to services, and further training and education to help them get on their feet, and become self sufficient.

We bring together work ready, motivated and trained individuals with businesses hungry for quality workers - thus giving businesses what they need, and serving our community members.
