Operation Confidence is a Competency Based Organization
OperationConfidence@aol.com, is a grass roots nonprofit organization that provides job preparation workshops and host career fairs for people with physical disabilities. We also have a team of experts, the 'Positive Redirection Team' (all wheelchair users) who are motivational speakers, life coaches and consultants.
Operation Confidence, was founded 26 years ago and have assisted over 11,000 individuals with physical disabilities to gain meaningful employment and independent living through our job fairs, dress for success program, recruitment efforts, job workshops, and outreach efforts.
