Opening Village Doors Foundation is non-profit 501(c)(3) based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA with a branch in Kenya. The organization was founded on a principle; the human spirit has potential given the opportunity to thrive. The organization’s mission is to partner with individuals and villages in sub -Saharan Africa so that they may reach their full potential through sustainable solutions. The organization has three goals: to make micro loans without profit to promising individuals, to increase access to education and training and to increase access to clean water and solar energy in villages we serve.
