Description
Open Doors Academy (ODA) works to nurture, protect, inspire and challenge adolescents to reach their full potential through the provision of meaningful out-of-school enrichment activities in a safe & structured environment. ODA provides academic, social, and emotional support for middle & high school youth and their families through graduation & beyond.
ODA is the only program in Northeast Ohio that offers a continuum of support for students from middle school through high school & beyond. In direct partnership with schools & families, we provide a year-round, comprehensive learning program. Our 7-year curriculum is designed to empower our youth to make wise lifestyle decisions, to engage in positive relationships with their peers, & to prepare for further success.
Boldly underscoring the success of our program, ODA boasts a lifetime 100% high school graduation rate (a statistic even more remarkable when compared to the 27% graduation rate of black, male students in Cleveland).
