Open Door is a 501(c)(3), Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing quality health care and human services at affordable prices to the community, particularly the economically disadvantaged.
Open Door has received the highest level of recognition as a patient-centered medical home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance which signifies high quality, cost effective health care delivery. Based in Westchester, NY, Open Door serves more than 40,000 people at four community health centers and five school based health centers.
