Description

OneWorld Now! is a two-year global leadership program for high school sophomores and juniors that offers the following four areas of opportunities:

• Leadership
Skills, Activities, Projects, Guest Speakers

• World Languages
Mandarin Chinese and Arabic

• Summer Activities
Language Camps and Study Abroad

• Internships
International Organizations

OneWorld Now! is committed to providing these opportunities to economically disadvantaged youth, who have historically had the least exposure and opportunities to gain language, leadership skills and study abroad participation. Scholarships are provided for eligible students.
The after-school program is currently offered in the Seattle, WA area at Ingraham, Cleveland, Garfield, Franklin, Roosevelt and Rainier Beach high schools, but is open to all Seattle Public School students.
