One Step Closer Therapeutic Riding (www.osctr.org) is a non-profit, therapeutic equestrian program serving persons with physical disabilities, emotional disorders, and youth-at-risk.
Located in south San Jose, OSCTR serves the community of Santa Clara County and is a center member of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).
