Description

OTR is a 501(c)(3) organization chartered in Virginia, serving the east coast of the United States. We come to the aid of neglected, unwanted, and abused English Bulldogs. We bring them in, rehabilitate them, temperament test them, and find them their forever homes. We have been rescuing bulldogs for 12 years.
