Outflow Ministries International - Online Apostolic Prophetic Ministry College is comprised of teaching, training and activations. Founded by Apostle Dr. Nancy West, Apostolic prophetic Teacher & Trainer who is also an instructor and author of a series of courses that will take a student from the realm of theory to an exponential reality of God's will, based upon His way according to His Word, through imparting, empowering and equipping sessions. All believers in this "Dispensation of Apostolic Prophetic Release for Increase of the Administration of the Manifestation of the Ministry of the Holy Spirit" who desire to pursue destiny and fulfill purpose are eligible to register as students. O.M.I.- Online Apostolic Prophetic Ministry College is a three year commitment, consisting of ten, eight week eccelerated Apostolic Prophetic teaching, training and activation courses, advancing into three, twelve week courses.
