Description

OPR is a pending 501(c) 3 charity devoted to rescuing pugs in need and finding them safe and loving forever homes. The organization is completely volunteer-driven and 100% of all money received is spent on veterinary care and other necessities for the dogs. We take in shelter dogs, owner surrenders, foundlings and puppy mill survivors. All receive the love and care they need.
