Description

OPR is a 501(c) 3 charity devoted to rescuing pugs in need and finding them safe and loving forever homes. The organization is completely volunteer-driven and 100% of all money received is spent on veterinary care and other necessities for the pugs. No pug is turned away and unless completely unsavable, none are put down. We take in shelter dogs, owner surrenders, foundlings and puppy mill survivors and all receive the love and care they need.
