Founded in 2008, the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) Center for Development is a tax exempt public charity under section(s) 501(c)(3) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). The OACC Center for Development is organized and is to be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. In particular, the Center for Development’s purposes are to support the activities of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges, and its members, all of which are community college districts, technical college districts, and/or state community college districts.
