Description

OWCAP is a Community Action Agency in operation for 41 years in Ogden, Utah. The mission of the agency is to help people in need become self sufficient. The program operates a Head Start Program for 703 students, a neighborhood career center, a food pantry, an English as a Second Language program, a GED/High School Diploma program among many other programs.
