Description
This agency advocates for persons with disabilities by managing financial, residential and health care decision-making for people who are legally incapacitated and meet federal and state poverty guidelines.
We serve populations of people with an intellectual disability, mental illness, closed-head injuries, or various dementias who are not able to manage their own affairs.
Typically, there are no family members who can or will serve as legal guardians and the local courts judge them to be unable to manage their own life issues.
