Our Mission Statement

Octavio Feline Foundation was created to:

1 - Help control cat overpopulation through
TNR (Trap,Neuter,Return)

2 - Educate the public about the importance of spaying/neutering their pets.

3 - Provide low cost medical care to low income cat caretakers
