Description

Ocean's Harbor House is dedicated to assistin homeless, runaway, abused, neglected and abandoned youth, ages 10-21. Our mission is to provide a safe haven and caring environment to vulnerable youth to enable them to unlock their potential and learn skills that will empower them to build healthier lives, relationships and futures.
