OASIS International Eunuch Welfare, incorporated in the State of Mississippi, May 2008, is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit charitable organization with nearly 4 million Eunuchs of India as it's target population.
Eunuchs in India have no rights, no jobs and no place to live and call their own. Therefore they are condemned to a life of begging/or prostitution and live only where they are allowed to live. OASIS is dedicated to empower them to regain their dignity and their place in Society as contributing members and not as beggars and prostitutes through teaching them marketable skills as an alternate way of earning their livelihood.
