Description
Celebrating our 10th anniversary, Oak Lawn Library Friends (OLLF) has raised between $4,000 and $15,000 each year to supplement the amount the city budgets for our branch.
In the last month, we contributed $1500 for new furniture, as the 10-year-old furniture was beyond refurbishing.
This year, we had an extremely successful art show, and we are now publishing an annual calendar. The 2007 calendar features art of our children's department, and the 2008 calendar is already being laid out.
We are approved non-profit under §501(c)3 of the IRS Code of 1954, amended.
