Description

This charity was developed to share our faith through love by helping those who are in our community when they are hurting. From feeding the homeless on the streets weekly to reaching out to families during illness and loss through gifts of hope, Hands of Hope wants everyone to know that Jesus loves them right where they are and He wants to walk through their struggles with them.
