Description
As a result of our cooperative efforts, districts will positively impact student learning and maximize resources. NW BOCES cooperatively hires speech/language therapists, occupational therapists, and school psychologists for seven school distrists in Northwest Colorado. We also run three mixed-ability preschools and an alternative high school. We hire several consultants, teachers, and coordinators for various educational endeavors like RTI, PBS, Behavior, Transition, Day treatment, SWAP, Assistive Technology, etc. The Director of Special Education oversees Special Education services for all districts. We house an educational resource library. Finally, we organize professional development opportunities for our districts.
