A 501(c)(3) Cat Rescue located in McKinney Texas.
NTCR is an all-volunteers organization committed to rescue cats from local shelters and surrendered cats in its community. NTCR is a net work of foster homes who provide socialization. Cats and kittens for adoption are posted on Petfinder, Adopt-A-Pet and are showcased at Petsmart in MCkInney and Allen in the permanent centers and during week end adoptions.
NTCR is dedicated to educate the public on the necessity of spay and neuter all cats and provide financial help for these servis=ces to low income families.
