Description

This Association is organized exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the internal Revenue Code, as amended, to engage in any activity not otherwise forbidden by the law of the State of Michigan and the United States and with all powers conferred upon such non-profit organizations by the laws of the State of Michigan to accomplish the following purposes: To promote the interest and welfare of the residents of North Rosedale Park; to construct and maintain buildings for the use of its members; to maintain park facilities for the use of its members; to enforce building restrictions within North Rosedale Park; to procure the construction of necessary public improvements within North Rosedale Park and insure their proper maintenance; and to do any and all other acts to advance the interest and welfare of residents of North Rosedale Park.
