Description

STARS (Serving Today's At Risk Students) is a unique and innovative mentoring and leadership program created by North Little Rock High School of North Little Rock, Arkansas. High school juniors and seniors provide peer interaction with preschool and elementary children in Central Arkansas through regular one-on-one counseling and a traveling musical production.
