An annual event to promote amateur athletic competition amongst law enforcement and to promote "competition, camaraderie and charity".
NAPSC, operated by an all volunteer staff of retired and active law enforcement, has donated over $600,000 to the Winter sport programs of Special Olympics and to the families of the 72 officers who gave their lives on 9/11/01/
