Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay, Inc. (formerly known as the Management Assistance Program, Inc.) was created in 1996 by a consortium of community leaders to provide management assistance resources to nonprofit organizations in order to enhance their operating efficiency and effectiveness in delivering community services. With Tampa Bay nonprofits contributing millions of dollars in community services to the local economy and way of life, Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay is considered an essential investment in the health of these organizations which now number over 7,300 in the Tampa Bay area.
