Description
Nocatee United Methodist church conducts outreach that includes feeding hungry families, providing clean clothes for children in the local schools, providing school supplies, emergency food closet, personal care companion services to the elderly and homebound, delivery of food to homebound individuals, transportation to medical services and appointments at after care facilities, home visitation to the elderly and homebound, assistance with applications for public services and benefits, disater relief, substance abuse support groups, after school activites elementary children, ESOL classes and family and individual counseling referrals.
