Description
No More Homeless Pets KC is a coalition of the Kansas City area animal shelters, animal control, rescue groups, veterinarians and individuals working together to end the problem of pet over-population in the greater Kansas City area.
Our focus is on prevention through Spay/Neuter and the use of Humane Education and Adoption to reduce the number of animals entering and dying in area shelters.
Our vision: A lifelong caring home for every pet in Kansas City
Our mission: To lead a cooperative effort to end pet over-population and transform the Kansas City area into a "Humane Community."
We believe that by working together as an animal welfare community coalition, we can achieve greater results more quickly than by each group working independantly. Our first and foremost guiding principle is for everything we do to be of benefit to the companion animals of Kansas City.
