Description

Timberline Symphony Orchestra was founded in September of 1992 as the Boulder Community Orchestra of strings and woodwind players.
In fall 2006, Timberline Symphony Orchestra made its permanent home in Niwot and began performing under the name of Niwot Timberline Symphony Orchestra (NTSO). The orchestra strives to emphasize the 'community' in community orchestra. Our successes and failures grow directly from the levels of enthusiasm and commitment our individual members bring to the group, supplemented by the organizations with whom we collaborate and expressed in audience attendance and loyalty. We firmly believe that our concerts serve a unique and beneficial purpose and that the communities of Boulder County would suffer culturally without us.
