Description
This organization is a nonprofit formed in memory of a young man who never gave up. Fourteen year old Nick Breach, although suffering from a brainstem tumor, recognized his own potential in helping others and decided that he would donate his organs upon his death. In addition, this young man spent his entire life becoming friends with those who were lonely or just needed a friend, his ability to cheer others was something unique and unprecedented.
This charity recognizes other who lead in the way that Nick did. It offers scholarships to high school seniors and helps those in the Central Pa area who need a little extra help. It's as if Nick's spirit lives on through his foundation and others are helped because he was once with all of us. It also serves to promote the benefits of organ donation and the fact that we can even help others through these donations while we are alive.
