Since 1968 Newton Community Development Foundation has fostered economic and cultural diversity in the City of Newton, Massachusetts, through the development and management of affordable housing, providing some of the only points of entry into its housing market for households of modest means. Our comprehensive Resident Services Program addresses the changing needs of our resident population through a range of supportive services and activities designed to enrich lives, address the linguistic diversity of our population and promote community spirit.
