Description
The current Newberg Animal shelter is in terrible condition. Darlyn Adams has been working very hard to try and raise moneyfor a new one. Land has been aquired and a lot of fundraising efforts by many people has occured. Still, they need so much help to bring a new shelter to Newberg. Right now, the current building is pathetic. It is made of concrete bricks and is about the size of a small one car garage. It has to house cats and dogs in the same area, it doesn't have air conditioning even in the super hot months. The blue prints have been drawn up for a new wonderful building to house the animals. Darlyn hosts different fundraisers throughout the year in hopes that the money will eventually be raised. They could very much use the support of "Goodsearch" for their efforts. The animals really deserve a better shelter until their forever homes can be found.
