Description
As the city’s oldest private social service organization, serving communities of longstanding need since 1812, our goal is to provide a warm and loving environment to children and families who are challenged by poverty and experiencing difficult circumstances.
We continue to demonstrate our leadership in the human services field with programs and activities that serve nearly 7,000 children and families each year in the areas of education, prevention, personal growth and development, and arts and recreation.
From our adolescent pregnancy prevention programs, mentoring, and after-school services to our career readiness programs, tutoring, and summer camping initiatives, we are helping to develop individuals who form the foundation of strong families, workplaces, and communities. We hope we can count you as a partner in this process.
