New Leaders Council is a nonpartisan organization that recruits and trains a diverse group of progressive leaders for free, offering the expertise and knowledge of seasoned professionals, matches them with mentors, and places them in jobs upon graduation from the NLC Institute. The comprehensive leadership training that NLC provides will help advance progressive causes by helping these progressive leaders reach the top of their fields.
