Description

Founded in 1979, New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization works on behalf of New Jersey's hospice programs and the 30,000 terminally ill patients and families to whom they provide comfort and support each year. We seek to increase patient access to hospice, improve the quality of hospice services and make consumers and physicians more aware of the value of hospice care at end-of-life.
