Description
NCP is a faith-based nonprofit organization promoting peace through justice, care for creation and experiential learning. Based in Elgin, IL, NCP has a national network and international partnerships. Special funds support girls' education in the poor world, mosquito nets for malaria prevention, and reforestation. NCP sponsors Learning Tours to areas of the world where the environment and/or human communities are in jeopardy, including Nepal, Sudan, Central America, the Amazon, and the Arctic. NCP provides leadership in schools, colleges, churches and community groups, and has a special interest in connecting with youth and young adults.
