Description
The mission of New Benefit Theatre, Inc. is to create an environment that encourages students to strive for theatrical excellence in the specific area of production that they express the most interest in. Students will also be exposed to all other areas of theatrical production so they will acquire an overall knowledge that will compliment their chosen interest.
Each year, New Benefit Theatre also produces at least one production to benefit a children's charity. The charity receives 20% of all the tickets to be sold and can use them at their discretion to either raise funds or distribute.
New Benefit Theatre, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)3 of the Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
