not for profit rescue for shih tzu and shih tzu mix dogs. take owner-turn-in dogs, dogs from shelters and strays. have dogs fully vetted (shots, spayed/neutered, and any medical problems assessed and treated), evaluate dogs with problems and correct problems, so they can be adopted into forever homes.
dogs are kept in foster homes until vet care is completed. only medical care and spay/neuter costs are covered by rescue groups, foster homes provide food and transportation out-of-pocket.
