New Americans Community Services (NACS) is a nonprofit mutual assistance assistance agency established in 2000 by recommendation from the St. Paul Mayor's Advisory Committee on New Americans. We serve refugees and immigrants, with a focus on East Africans, in the areas of economic development, health and wellness, and holistic support services.
