Since 1969 we have expanded our base of services (ex: psychiatry & medication management, nursing, counseling, case management, dual diagnosis, employment, support groups, jail diversion and transportation) but have been an "Outpatient Mental Health" service provider for adults in Lake and Geauga Counties of Ohio.
