Description
We help low income families become homeowners by counseling them, on financial literacy and the wise use of credit, give them homeownership training, provide below-market interest rates on loans, help them search for the proper housing and help them prevent delinquency in case of late payment of their mortgage. We are a part of the NeighborWorks America Network and HUD-approved for counseling. We serve all Tarrant and Parker Counties, and our clients include 82% Hispanic, 8% African American and 10% Caucasian. We have been in operation for 29 years.
