Neighborhood House of Milwaukee works to build a strong community by strengthening individuals, families, and the neighborhood by offering social, educational, and recreational activities. Founded in 1945 in the settlement house tradition (aiding immigrants), NH is a family-oriented center for education and empowerment. NH offers a nationally-accredited early childhood program, youth and family progams, outdoor environmental education and our International Learning Center, offering immigrants and refugess various life-sustaining/empowering programmning.
