Description
Established in 2000, NEHI has served northeast Nebraska since 2000, purchasing, rehabilitating and reselling 167 homes to first time home buyers. The program opens home ownership up to people who might not otherwise be eligible, it creates jobs and income for local businesses, keeps families in the community and kids in local schools. Homes have been improved and sold in 25 different communities plus numerous acreages in NEHI’s six-county service area.
