The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), established in 1937, is the nation’s oldest judicial membership organization, with a primary focus on improving juvenile and family court and system practice in handling of cases involving children and their families. As a leader in providing continuing education, technical assistance, research, and policy development in the field of juvenile and family justice, the NCJFCJ is unique. The NCJFCJ provides resources to judges, attorneys, court-based professionals and others in jurisdictions and communities nationwide who are working to improve outcomes for children and families under the jurisdiction of juvenile and family courts.
