Description
Naugatuck Valley Project is a regional organization of congregations, labor union locals, housing cooperatives and small businesses organized in 1983 to save and create jobs, affordable housing, critical public and private services in the Valley, one of the oldest and poorest industrial areas in the nation. Our mission is to unite our member organizations around their common faith and democratic values, and teach their leaders how to organize to take public action for the common good.
