The National Youth Science Foundation®, Inc. (NYSF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1983 to plan, raise financial support for, and oversee the operation of the National Youth Science Camp® (NYSC). The mission of the National Youth Science Foundation is to honor, sustain, and encourage youth interest and excellence in science by conducting comprehensive informal science education programs that provide opportunity for constructive interaction with others and emphasize the social value of thoughtful scientific careers.
